Our fractional building manager attends twice a week on set days to walk the common property, meet contractors and deal with residents face to face, and supports the building remotely every other day by phone, email and SiteIQ. A 24 hour emergency helpdesk covers leaks, lift entrapments and failed gates after hours, and attendance can be increased for developer handovers or major works. Ten year plans under WA strata law
A designated strata company, meaning a scheme of ten or more lots or one whose buildings exceed the replacement value set in the regulations, must keep a ten year plan and a reserve fund under the Strata Titles Act 1985 (WA), and review the plan at least every five years.
