Oil and Gas Facilities Management

Oil and Gas Facilities Management Perth

Integrated Camp, Cleaning and Facilities Management Capability for Energy Operations Across Western Australia

Cameron Facilities is a Western Australian owned integrated facilities management company. We bring remote camp operations capability, triple ISO certified systems and the SiteIQ platform to onshore energy sites, supply bases and support facilities, under one contract with one accountable provider.

Where Our Remote Operations Capability Transfers

Onshore energy operations share most of their facilities requirements with remote resource operations. A workforce has to be housed, fed and kept safe a long way from a town. Accommodation blocks, wet and dry messes, ablutions, offices, recreation areas and laydown yards all have to be cleaned and maintained to a standard that holds when the site is at capacity and when it is nearly empty. Compliance evidence has to survive an audit.

That is the operating environment our camp accommodation management and FIFO camp management capability is built for. We are direct about the distinction between capability and track record. Energy is a sector where our systems, people and service model transfer, rather than one where we point to a list of delivered gas contracts.

Fixed and Variable Cost Structure

Service standards and cost stay stable when occupancy moves between shutdown peaks and low periods

Mobilisation Planning

Staffing, equipment, food safety and logistics planned as one mobilisation rather than separate contracts

One Provider, Full Scope

Catering, cleaning, maintenance, grounds and compliance under a single accountable contract

Camp and Accommodation Services

Accommodation quality is one of the few facilities decisions that shows up directly in retention. Rooms that are cleaned properly, messes that serve food people actually want and ablutions that are maintained without being asked change how a roster feels. Our catering services and camp cleaning scopes are built around the real occupancy pattern of the site rather than a fixed headcount.

Room servicing, linen, common areas, wet and dry messes, recreation facilities, gyms and office areas are scoped separately, scheduled and evidenced. Dietary management, food safety records and menu cycles are documented and available for review rather than held informally by the kitchen.

Room and Linen Servicing

Scheduled housekeeping with documented completion records against every accommodation block

Messing and Dining

Menu cycles, dietary management and food safety documentation maintained as part of the contract

Common and Recreation Areas

Gyms, recreation rooms, laundries and office areas scoped and scheduled individually

Safety, Permits and Contractor Control

Energy sites run some of the tightest permit regimes in the country. Hot works, confined space entry, working at height and electrical isolation are controlled activities, and a facilities contractor that treats them casually becomes a liability rather than a support.

Cameron Facilities holds triple ISO certification covering quality management, environmental management and occupational health and safety. Our OHS, safety and compliance systems handle permit workflows, contractor prequalification, incident reporting and corrective action tracking digitally, so the evidence trail is complete rather than reconstructed after the fact. We work within the client permit system rather than expecting the client to work within ours.

Permit Workflows

Hot works, confined space, working at height and isolation permits managed with digital approval trails

Contractor Prequalification

Insurance, licences, competencies and safety records verified before site access is granted

Incident and Hazard Tracking

Reporting, escalation, root cause analysis and corrective actions tracked to closure in SiteIQ

Compliance and Essential Services Maintenance

Support facilities at an energy operation carry the same essential services obligations as any other asset, often in harsher conditions and with less tolerance for downtime. Fire systems, emergency lighting, backup power, mechanical plant, water treatment and HVAC all run to intervals that have to be met and evidenced.

We maintain the asset register, run the preventive schedule, coordinate licensed trades and hold the certificates. The point of a preventive program is that it reduces the number of things that fail at the worst possible moment, which on a remote site is measured in mobilisation cost rather than in a callout fee.

Asset Registers

Every asset, service interval, warranty and certificate held against the site with due date alerts

Preventive Scheduling

Planned maintenance driving down reactive callouts and unplanned mobilisations

Licensed Trade Coordination

Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire and mechanical works procured, supervised and signed off

SiteIQ for Remote and Support Base Operations

SiteIQ is our own facilities platform, built for sites where the person who needs to know what is happening is not standing in the building. Clock in and clock out, pre start briefings, work order lodgement, photographic sign off and compliance reporting all run through it.

For a client contract manager in Perth overseeing a site in the Pilbara or the north west, that means a live view rather than a monthly summary written after the fact. Every job carries a timestamp, an owner and photographic evidence at closure. You can read more about SiteIQ and what it reports.

Remote Workforce Management

Clock in, clock out and pre start briefing records captured on site and visible immediately

Live Work Order Tracking

Status visible from lodgement through to photographic closure from any location

Compliance Dashboards

Certificates, overdue items and incident records surfaced before they become findings

How We Would Approach Your Site

Cameron Facilities has operated in Western Australia since 1999 and is currently delivering across commercial office buildings, strata and residential portfolios, and remote camp operations. We are being deliberately careful on this page not to claim delivered oil and gas contracts we cannot evidence, because in a sector that audits its supply chain properly, an unverifiable claim costs more than it earns.

What we can put in front of you is the operating model, the certifications, the platform and the people, plus a scope built from a walk of your actual site. If your requirement is onshore, at a supply base, a support facility or a camp, our capability maps to it directly.

Enquiries can be lodged through our quote request form. Formal procurement and prequalification processes can be sent through our tender submission page.

Scope From a Site Walk

Costing built from the actual facilities, occupancy and roster pattern rather than a template

Transparent Pricing

Line by line costing that can be compared directly against your incumbent arrangement

WA Owned and Operated

Decisions made locally, with management accessible rather than routed through an eastern states head office
