Cameron Facilities delivers commercial painting in Perth as part of our building maintenance and facility services for strata, commercial and office buildings. One contact handles the inspection, the quote, the scheduling around your tenants and the handover, and every job is logged in our SiteIQ platform alongside the rest of your building's maintenance. Painting works are carried out by WA registered painting contractors.
We have looked after Perth commercial and strata property since 1999, and our management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 through Global Compliance Certification.
What we paint
Strata common areas
Lobbies, stairwells, corridors, car parks, bin stores, doors, balustrades and facades for councils of owners and strata managers, planned so residents keep access throughout.
Apartment buildings
Internal common areas and external repaints for apartment complexes, with repaint cycles that can be written into the building's 10 year maintenance plan.
Offices and tenancies
Office floors, meeting rooms, kitchens and amenities, repainted after hours or over weekends so staff can keep working. We also repaint tenancies before a new lease and carry out make good painting at lease end.
Retail
Shopfronts, shopping centre common areas and back of house, staged around trading hours.
Warehouses and industrial buildings
Walls, offices, amenities, doors and steelwork in warehouses and light industrial buildings, scheduled around shifts and deliveries.
Maintenance painting and graffiti
Touch ups, wear and tear repairs, graffiti removal and anti graffiti coatings, raised and tracked through the same help desk and work orders as your other building maintenance.
How we work
Site inspection first
We inspect the surfaces, check their condition and access, and confirm what the building needs before we price anything.
Fixed written quote
Your quote sets out the areas, surface preparation, paint system, coats, access method and staging, so the owner, council or facility manager can compare it properly and approve it with confidence.
Scheduled around your tenants
We agree the program with you, give tenants and residents notice, and work after hours, on weekends or in stages where the building needs it.
Low VOC paints
We specify low VOC, low odour paint systems wherever the surface and specification allow.
Dust and safety controls
Work areas are isolated and signed, dust from preparation is contained and cleaned up, and walkways stay clear. Work is planned under WHS requirements, including safe work method statements for work at height.
WA registered painting contractors
Painting works are carried out by WA registered painting contractors, and Cameron Facilities manages the job from start to finish as part of your building maintenance.
Reported in SiteIQ
Each painting job is a work order in SiteIQ, so you can see its status, photos and completion alongside your other maintenance.
Painting as part of your building maintenance
Painting works best when it is planned with the rest of the building. Cameron Facilities brings it together with building management, facility maintenance, strata building management and commercial cleaning under one contract, so repaints are timed with other works and nothing is done twice.
Frequently asked questions
Can you paint while our building is occupied?
Yes. We plan painting in occupied buildings so the building keeps working. We stage the work floor by floor or area by area, schedule noisy or high traffic areas for after hours or weekends where needed, and give tenants and residents notice before each stage starts.
Who carries out the painting work?
Painting works are carried out by WA registered painting contractors. Cameron Facilities manages the job from inspection to handover as part of your building maintenance, so you deal with one contact and one work order.
Do you use low VOC paint?
Yes. We specify low VOC, low odour paint systems wherever the surface and the specification allow, which matters in offices, apartments and healthcare settings where people keep working or living in the building.
Can repainting be built into our 10 year maintenance plan?
Yes. Repaint cycles for common areas, facades, doors and metalwork can be set out in your 10 year maintenance plan and scheduled maintenance plan, so the council of owners or owner can budget for them in advance and see them in SiteIQ.
How do you price a painting job?
We inspect the site first, then give you a fixed written quote that sets out the areas, surface preparation, paint system, number of coats, access method and staging. There are no rates on this page because every building is different.
Do you repaint tenancies before a new lease or at the end of one?
Yes. We repaint office and retail tenancies before a new tenant moves in and carry out make good painting at lease end, timed to fit the handover dates.
Which areas do you cover?
We work across the Perth metropolitan area from our office in Mount Lawley.
