Office Relocation and Make Good Services in Perth

Moving office means two sets of obligations at once: the make good at the premises you are leaving and a new office that has to be ready on day one. Cameron Facilities brings both under one roof. From cleaning to painting, repairs, truck removals and crate hire, we plan the whole move as one program, give you one fixed quote and one point of contact, and hand both premises over on time.

We have looked after Perth commercial and strata property since 1999, and our management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 through Global Compliance Certification.

Everything you need to move office, under one roof

  • Make good at your old office: repairs, patching, painting, carpets, signage removal, defects and the end of lease clean
  • Your new office made ready: fit out touch ups, painting, builders clean and window cleaning
  • Office removals and crate hire, coordinated by us through our removal partners
  • Ongoing office cleaning at the new premises from your first week
  • One program, one fixed written quote, one contact and a photo record of both handovers in SiteIQ

At your old office: make good

Make good scope and site walk

We read your lease make good clause and the landlord's schedule, walk the premises with you and confirm exactly what has to be done before handback, so the scope is agreed before work starts.

Signage and tenant fixture removal

Removal of your signage, wall mounted screens, whiteboards, shelving and other tenant fixtures, with the fixing points patched and made good.

Patching and repairs

Patching of walls and ceilings, repairs to doors, hardware and fittings, and general building maintenance repairs through our maintenance trades.

Painting

Repainting of walls, ceilings, doors and trims to the standard the lease requires. Painting is carried out by WA registered painting contractors and managed by Cameron Facilities.

Carpets and floors

Commercial carpet cleaning and hard floor cleaning, with carpet replacement coordinated where the lease calls for it.

Defects

Wear, damage and defects identified at the site walk are listed, rectified and checked off before the landlord's inspection.

End of lease clean and rubbish removal

A full end of lease clean from floor to ceiling, with left behind items and rubbish removed through our waste management services, finished with photos for your handover record.

At your new office: ready for day one

Fit out touch ups and minor repairs

Touch ups, adjustments and minor repairs after the fit out, so marks, scuffs and small defects are dealt with before your staff arrive.

Painting

Feature walls, touch ups and full repaints at the new premises, timed around the fit out and the move. Painting is carried out by WA registered painting contractors and managed by Cameron Facilities.

Builders clean

A post construction builders clean to remove dust and debris from the fit out, plus window and glass cleaning, so the office is ready to move into.

Ongoing office cleaning

Your office cleaning program can start from the first week in the new premises, under a written specification with supervisor inspections and results recorded in SiteIQ.

Removals and crate hire, coordinated by us

We coordinate office removals and crate hire through our specialist removal partners. Crates are booked to arrive before packing starts, the removal truck is booked for the day that suits your business, and the move is sequenced with the make good at the old office and the clean at the new one, so nothing waits on anything else and you deal with one contact throughout.

How an office relocation runs with Cameron Facilities

1. Site walk at both premises

We inspect the office you are leaving and the office you are moving into, review the make good requirements and confirm your key dates.

2. One fixed written quote

Your quote is set out by premises and by trade, covering make good, painting, cleaning and the coordinated removals and crate hire.

3. One program from packing to handover

We agree a single program with you that sequences crates, packing, the move, the make good and the cleans, with notice given to building management where it is needed.

4. Works around your business

We schedule works after hours, overnight or on weekends where needed, so your team keeps working until moving day.

5. Reported in SiteIQ

Each stage is a work order in SiteIQ, with status, photos and completion visible to you as the move progresses.

6. Handover at both ends

We walk the old premises with you before the landlord's inspection and hand over the new office clean and ready for day one.

Why use one contractor for the whole move

A move usually involves a removalist, a cleaner, a painter, a handyman and a carpet cleaner, each with their own quote and their own dates. When one of them runs late, the others wait. With Cameron Facilities the whole move sits on one program under one contract, so the trades are sequenced in the right order, nothing is done twice, and one person is accountable for both handovers. It also connects with our building maintenance, commercial painting and commercial cleaning services if you would like us to look after the new office after you move in.

Frequently asked questions

What does make good mean at the end of an office lease?

Make good is the work needed to hand the premises back in the condition your lease requires. It commonly covers removing signage and tenant fixtures, patching and repairing walls and ceilings, repainting, cleaning or replacing carpets, fixing damage and a full clean. We work from your lease make good clause and the landlord's schedule, then walk the site with you before we quote.

Can you look after both the old office and the new office?

Yes. That is the point of the service. We look after the make good and end of lease clean at the premises you are leaving, and the touch ups, managed painting, builders clean and first clean at the premises you are moving into, all on one program with one contact.

Do you organise the removalists and crate hire?

Yes. We coordinate office removals and crate hire through our specialist removal partners, booked and sequenced with the make good and cleaning works so the crates arrive before packing starts and the truck is booked for the day that suits your business.

Who carries out the painting?

Painting is carried out by WA registered painting contractors and managed by Cameron Facilities, as part of the same program as the repairs and cleaning, so painting is timed between patching and the final clean.

Can the work be done after hours or on weekends?

Yes. We schedule works after hours, overnight or over weekends where your business is still trading, your building has noise or lift restrictions, or the landlord needs the premises back on a set date.

How is an office relocation priced?

We walk both premises, read the make good requirements and agree the move dates with you, then give you one fixed written quote set out by premises and by trade, so you can see exactly what is included at each end of the move.

Will we have a record of the handover for the landlord?

Yes. Completed works are logged in SiteIQ with photos, so you have a dated record of the condition the premises were handed back in and the condition your new office was received in.

Which areas do you cover?

We work across the Perth metropolitan area from our office in Mount Lawley.
