Trained room attendants, supervised every shift
Every attendant completes induction, brand standards, chemical handling and safe manual handling training, then works a mock room day before servicing guest rooms. Supervisors inspect rooms against a written checklist, and every result is logged, so the standard holds whichever attendant serviced the room. Our people are employed directly by Cameron Facilities on the correct award, with the relief and standby cover a hotel needs through school holidays and event weekends.

SiteIQ is the operations platform developed by Cameron Facilities, and we run it ourselves. For a hotel it shows room status, attendant allocation, inspection results and open issues in one view, so your Director of Rooms or Front Office Manager can see progress without a phone call. Maintenance faults found in a room are logged with a photo and passed straight to your engineering team.

Yes. We plan the transition with your rooms division, offer employment to suitable existing staff where the hotel wishes, and run training and a mock room day before the first live shift.
