(g)  Financial institutions — bank account and transaction details disclosed to financial institutions for payment processing and banking services

(h)  Professional advisors — accountants, lawyers, and insurance brokers engaged by Cameron Facilities who are bound by professional confidentiality obligations

(i)  Technology and software providers — cloud storage, payroll, invoicing, and facilities management software providers operating under data processing agreements with Cameron Facilities

Where a data breach is assessed to likely result in serious harm to any affected individuals, Cameron Facilities will notify the affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act.

Client records  7 years from the end of the client relationship, in accordance with taxation and commercial record-keeping obligations

Personnel and contractor records  7 years from the end of the employment or engagement, or longer if required by workers compensation, superannuation, or workplace safety legislation

Safety and incident records  Minimum 7 years, or longer as required under WHS legislation applicable to the relevant sector (mining, defence, commercial)

Website enquiry and contact data  24 months from the date of the last interaction, unless the enquiry leads to an ongoing client relationship

Financial records  7 years in accordance with the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 (Cth) and Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

10.3  When personal information is no longer required, Cameron Facilities will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it securely. Hard copy documents are shredded and electronic records are permanently deleted from all systems including backups.
