A mining company brought Cameron Facilities in to clean its Perth office in Subiaco. This is how we started the contract, and where it stands now.
The Situation
The premises take in a brick paved driveway, car parking areas, a tiled front entrance courtyard with outdoor seating, and the internal workspaces. A regular cleaning schedule holds a standard best when it starts from one. Fallen leaves and debris had built up along the driveway and around the car parking areas, and the courtyard tiles carried stubborn marks and ingrained soiling.
Our standard onboarding approach for a new client is to take the first clean beyond the standard scope, so the ongoing service begins from a proper baseline. The team attended over the weekend of 23 and 24 May 2026.
What We Did
- Outside. Cleared leaves, twigs and debris from the full length of the driveway and the car parking areas, including under and around parked vehicles, tidied the front courtyard and its planter bases, and brushed down the brick paving.
- Front entrance courtyard. Scrubbed every tile by hand, worked the stubborn marks one by one, then mopped the whole area including the entry threshold and the seating area. Outdoor furniture was lifted to clean underneath, and planters were moved and put back exactly where they were.
- Inside. Wiped and sanitised every desk. Monitors, keyboards and personal items were lifted to clean beneath and returned to their place, so nobody's workstation set up was disturbed. Desk edges and returns were dusted.
- Reporting. The next day the client received a cleaning service report with photographs, grouped to match the scope.
The Outcome
- A proper baseline. The premises were brought to a presentation level that supports ongoing maintenance cleaning under the agreed schedule.
- Eyes on the details. Our team watches the high traffic areas, the front courtyard and the external paths, and raises anything needing attention through the agreed reporting channel.
- A contract that kept going. The regular office cleaning has run every month since, with tea towel washing, consumables supply and a sanitary disposal service added along the way.
